Our honeymoon was an experience I will never forget! I am so thankful that Brian’s parents bought us the cruise!! I had SO much fun! Brian planned it well and I am thankful he did that. We stayed in the Romeo and Juliet suite the night of our wedding. It was an amazing room. Then we stayed in Vegas for a night on our way to California. We stayed in the Pairs hotel which was beautiful.

The day we got on the ship I was so excited yet scared because I have watched Titanic too many times. I was so excited when I saw how big the ship was from the outside and I couldn’t wait to get on board. When we got on the ship, I was completely amazed at how beautiful it was. It was a whole new experience for me. We went to the front of the ship as it began sailing off and I just remember what a wonderful experience it was to feel the wind in my face and hear the waves splashing below us. It was so calming.
The next morning we arrived at Catalina Island. It was a beautiful small town. We went snorkeling and I will admit I was scared at first. The whole wearing a wet suit was new thing for me. But after swimming around for a little while I began having a lot of fun looking under the water.

The next day we arrived in Ensenada, Mexico. We went horseback riding which was a lot of fun and my first time ever riding a horse by myself. My bum was sore afterwards but it was well worth it!
The day we had at sea was a good one but I started getting a little sea sick because the waves were getting to be pretty big and the ship was rocking back and forth. When we had to get off the next morning…I had a hard time. I wanted to stay. I had so much fun! The people on the ship were so friendly. We had a great dinner every night and our towels would be folded into a different animal every day. It was an amazing time!

Then we stayed in Hollywood for two nights. We went to Universal Studios and the wax museum. It was a ton of fun. We went to Beverly Hills and to the beach where we splashed around in the ocean and wrote our names in the sand and got to watch the sunset. It was wonderful.

When we had to drive fourteen hours back to Boise on Sunday it was hard coming back to reality. I wanted to be on vacation forever. I loved it and I am so happy that I experienced it with Brian. And I am very thankful for everything!

So where do I begin? First off I want to start out by writing about mine and Brian’s wedding. I did so much stressing for three months planning it and in the end…it turned out absolutely perfect. Planning a wedding is so much fun but as soon as it was all said and done…I felt a sense of relief, like all my stress magically disappeared.

The night before the wedding we had a rehearsal dinner at Brian’s parent’s house. We ate Mexican food and our families got to mingle with each other. Then the wedding party all went over to sweetheart manor and we had a rehearsal and finished last minute planning. Then after the rehearsal Brian and I had to say our goodbyes and kiss one last time as an engaged couple. We didn’t see or talk to each other until I walked down the isle the next day. It was hard and I missed him the moment we said bye. I had Bree-zee call him that night to tell him I loved him. That night I slept like a baby despite all my stress.

Then the big day…the day I had been planning and waiting for…finally arrived. That day I woke up and I was filled with excitement and at the same time I was so nervous I could barely eat. When I went to go get my hair done, Cha came with me and got me some ice water…which I really needed and one of the hair stylist gave me a bag of chips I could snack on since I hadn’t ate that much. When my hair and makeup was done…we had about twenty minutes to get over to sweetheart manor since we had to be there around four thirty to get dressed and stuff. When we got there we went up to the bridal room and finished getting ready and took a few pictures. When the girls helped me into my dress and tied it up…I could barely breath and I was so hot…so since there was a small fan in the room…I made use of it…and in a lady like manor…stuck it underneath my big puffy dress. The whole time we kept counting down the minutes until I would be a married woman and as we got closer and closer to six o clock…I began to get more and more nervous. Not nervous because I was getting married…but nervous because all eyes would be on me. Then when it was time for our wedding to begin, everyone got in line and I had to stay up on the top of the stairs so Brian wouldn’t see me. While I was standing there…I took a deep breath and my heart was beating really fast. I was so excited! Then when Brian had walked outside…I walked down the stairs and my dad turned around and saw me in my dress for the first time…we both got a little teary eyed. Then when it was my turn to walk down the isle…all eyes were on me…I took a deep breath and took it all in. When I saw Brian for the first time since the evening before…I instantly was filled with happiness. And not to mention he was extremely handsome in his white tuxedo. When I got up to the front and we took each others hands...the moment was real…I felt secure and loved. I felt something I had never felt before, an unexplainable mixture of happiness, excitement, and a deep love for each other. As the bishop was reading our vows…I would look at Brian in the eyes…and I felt tears of happiness but I did everything I could not to cry in front of a hundred people. When it was brains turn to say “I do” it was like the sweetest thing I ever heard. And when it was my turn I couldn’t help but say “I do” with excitement. When we finished our vows…and we were pronounced as husband and wife…with a huge smile on my face…my heart was filled with a sense of calmness and total excitement at the same time. The journey of our life together was just beginning!

Our reception was a lot of fun. Brian and I had our first dance as a married couple and the whole time…I just remember telling him I loved him about a million times. Then I danced with my dad and both of my grandpas which will always be memorable. Everything turned out absolutely perfect.

When it was time for our reception to end we changed into more comfortable clothes and headed out of there to start our honeymoon. During our reception…people who will remain anonymous…decided to decorate our car with all sorts of great things. We drove off…honked the horn and yelled out the window to everyone still there…and the honeymoon began :)

OUR HONEYMOON

Mom and Dad Stoker gave us a cruise down to Catalina Island, and Ensenada, Mexico for our wedding present. They were so generous, I am thankful that they gave it to us, because Sierra and I had a really good time!!!!
Sierra and I left on Sunday the 29th and surprised her with a stay at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.

Then we headed down to Long Beach the next day to board the ship! I was a little scared because I wasn't for sure that Sierra would like being on a boat for that long, but everything turned out great! We boarded the ship a little early so we could check things out on the boat! It was a lot of fun!!!

We arrived at Catalina Island the next morning and we got up earlier than we wanted to and went to the island to go on a city tour along with the botantical garden tour. It was a lot of fun, especially the garden because it had a bunch of weird cacti plants that were weird but cool! Later that day we just walked around for a little bit and then headed back to the ship to put on our swim gear because we were going to go snorkeling. That made me a little nervous also because I wasn't for sure if Sierra would like it, but she ended up loving it!

The next day we arrived at Ensenada, and again we ended up waking up earlier than we wanted to. We signed up to go horseback riding. It turned out to be a lot of fun, though it was foggy so we didn't see the shoreline like we wanted to. We then headed back for the city and we walked around for a little bit walking to all the little stores there and bought some sun glasses and a little picture of a beach on the sunset. We then headed out to the blowhole, which there are only 3 in the entire world. It was a lot of fun! Ensenada was a little shocker to Sierra and I because of how dirty it was, but it was a great experience and we loved the cruise. The next day we had the "day on the sea". We finally got to sleep in for the first time since the day of our wedding! So that was nice. But we just spent the whole day relaxing and just enjoyed that the whole day!

The next day we had to get off the ship at 6:45 in the morning. So we got off the ship (we were both sad because we had a lot of fun!) and headed to our hotel in Hollywood. I was taking Sierra to Universal Studios that day. It was a lot of fun there, because we got to see where all the films were filmed and it was just a really neat experience! We got to ride on the few that they had there. My favorite was the Jurrasic Park one, just because we got to get wet!!! They had a new Simpsons ride there that was pretty fun also! We then went to a water world show that was a lot of fun there at the end of the night. We then started to head home and caught a glimpse of the last of the fireworks show that was going on.

The next we decided we wanted to go see the wax museum in Hollywood. It turned out to be a lot more fun than I had thought. It is amazing how realistic they made those figures! My favorite was probably The Ninja Turtles! We then went and attempted again to go find the Hollywood sign. We tried finding it the night before but I guess they don't light it up at night. We then went to the beach and enjoyed a little swim into the ocean. It was fun just to relax and then watch the sunset on the beach.
Sierra and I were really bummed that it all had to end, but are excited for our next vacation, whenever that will be!!! Thank you so much Mom & Dad for the cruise! We had a lot of fun, and will never forget it!!!

~OUR WEDDING~

Sierra and I have been married for 18 days now, so I thought I better and blog about our wedding!
Sierra and I got married on June 27th, on a beautiful day!!! Sierra kept stressing about the wedding and I kept telling her that she didn't need to, because no matter what, everything was going to be perfect... Well it turned out exactly like that. We had only one blotch in our wedding and it seemed that the bishops mike was cutting into the music we were walking down to. But other than that, it was a beautiful and perfect day!
I remember waiting patiently for Sierra to walk down the aisle. I wasn't looking anywhere but down the aisle waiting for her. I was so excited to see how pretty and gorgeous she would be. And when that moment came... My heart just melted because she was the most beautiful thing there that day! She outshined everything that day!!! Sierra's dress was pretty and I loved it!
Bishop Darrington did a really good job with the wedding, and I am so grateful he did that for us!!!! We also had quite a few people there to support us from all over. Sierra's aunt, I think, came the furthest to support us. She came up from Texas just so she could be there to support Sierra and I!
I really was pleased with how everything turned out! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, and a more perfect bride! I am so very grateful that I have married Sierra, and that she is my wife, and a mother to our future kids! I love her with every single ounze of my heart, and I couldn't imagine being with anybody else in this world!

I LOVE YOU SIERRA LYNN STOKER!!!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO FOR ME!!! YOU ARE THE BEST AND I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!
